Genesis – Beginner Level Form  (Gold and Gold w/Green Stripe)

Form Genesis “The Beginning” is the foundational form for National Karate students.

The successful execution of martial arts technique is dependent on the following sequence when practicing a form:

• Look
• Fold
• Step (or Shift)
• Execute (Strike or Block)

This allows the practitioner to direct their attention to the correct execution of parts involved in the techniques and develops accurate muscle memory.
