Fitting into your uniform.

A gi (“practice clothes”) is a type of traditional training uniform worn when practicing karate and other Japanese martial arts. Karate gis are designed to provide comfort and full range of motion when performing kicks and other dynamic techniques. As a result, they tend to be lighter and more loose-fitting than gis worn for other styles. A standard karate gi consists of a pair of pants , a wraparound top, and a lengthy fabric belt, which holds the top together and indicates the practitioner’s rank.
